According to the product provided by the invention, the trafficability characteristic and safety on a wet road surface and a smooth ice surface are improved, a proper amount of white carbon black is used and the friction between the product and the ground is larger, so that the controllability and the safety of a vehicle on the wet road surface and the smooth ice surface are greatly improved, and meanwhile, the tire rolling resistance and heat generation in a common environment cannot be affected.
