The invention discloses an elevator safety maintenance device. The elevator safety maintenance device comprises a fixed clamping plate (3) fixed on a car guide rail (2) and a pin seat (4) fixed on an upper beam (11) of a car, wherein a maintenance pin (9) is arranged in the pin seat (4); an insertion hole corresponding to the front end of the maintenance pin (9) is formed in the fixed clamping plate (3); guide holes are formed in the two ends of the pin seat (4); the front end and the rear end of the maintenance pin (9) are arranged in the guide holes; a cylindrical elastic pin (5) and an operating pin (7) are arranged on the maintenance pin (9); the cylindrical elastic pin (5) and the operating pin (7) are positioned on the inner side of the pin seat (4); the cylindrical elastic pin (5) is arranged at a position close to the front end of the maintenance pin (9); the operating pin (7) is arranged in a position close to the rear end of the maintenance pin (9). The elevator safety maintenance device is simple in structure, convenient to operate and relatively low in cost.
