The invention relates to a hoister for hoisting a wide-bore super-long pipe section with an insulating layer. The hoister is characterized by comprising inner gasbags (3), outer gasbags (11), first slings (4), hoisting belts (8) and a hoisting beam (6); when the pipe section is hoisted, the inner gasbags (3) are used for wrapping the outer wall of the pipe section, the outer gasbags (11) are used for wrapping the inner gasbag (3), and the hoisting belts (8) are used for wrapping the outer gasbags (11); in addition, one end of each first sling (4) is used for being connected with the corresponding hoisting belt (8) and accordingly the pipe section is hoisted, and the other end of each first sling (4) is used for being connected with and fixed to a flying ring (5) arranged on the hoisting beam (6).
