The invention discloses an inflation bracelet which comprises a ring body. The ring body is of an elastic hollow structure, the left side and the right side of the ring body are each provided with a first cavity and a second cavity, and a fragile separation membrane is arranged between each first cavity and the corresponding second cavity. A light emitting cavity is further formed in the upper side of the ring body. The inflation bracelet has the beneficial effects that the bracelet is small and can be carried about and hung on an arm, and normal swimming is not affected; the two sides are each provided with an inflation structure, and normal inflation under emergency conditions can be guaranteed with the higher probability; meanwhile, the light emitting cavity can provide extra warning illumination to deal with overwater accidents which happen at night.
