The invention provides an information broadcasting method, an information broadcasting device and a base station. The information broadcasting method comprises the steps of acquiring the identification information of a vehicle upon detecting the condition that the vehicle is running within the signal coverage range of the base station; judging whether the vehicle is a dangerous vehicle or not based on the identification information of the vehicle; if yes, broadcasting the reminding information to at least one vehicle within the preset range of the vehicle. Based on the above technical scheme of the invention, vehicles can be timely reminded of keeping away from the dangerous vehicle. Therefore, the occurrence probability of traffic accidents is effectively reduced. Meanwhile, the driving security of vehicles is improved.
