The invention discloses a ceiling light overturning plate lifting mechanism. The ceiling light overturning plate lifting mechanism comprises an overturning plate, a first overturning plate hanging rod, a second overturning plate hanging rod, a steel wire rope, a first pulley, a second pulley, a speed reducer and a steel frame. One end of the overturning plate is fixedly connected with the bottom of the first overturning plate hanging rod, and the other end of the overturning plate is fixedly connected with the second overturning plate hanging rod. The top of the first overturning plate hanging rod is fixedly connected with one end of the steel wire rope, after the steel wire rope winds around the first pulley, the speed reducer and the second pulley in sequence, the other end of the steel wire rope is fixedly connected with the second overturning plate hanging rod. The speed reducer is fixed to the steel frame, the first pulley and the second pulley are arranged on the two sides of the speed reducer respectively, and the first pulley and the second pulley are fixed to the steel frame.
