The embodiment of the invention discloses a rail train anomaly detection method and system. The rail train anomaly detection method comprises the following steps: storing train standard information; receiving at least two pieces of train detection information; screening the train standard information matched with the train detection information from the stored train standard information; carrying out information processing on the matched train detection information and train standard information, and outputting an information processing result; substituting the information processing result in a preset logical operation function for carrying out logical operation, and outputting a logical operation result; and judging whether to give an alarm or not according to the logical operation result. According to the rail train anomaly detection method and system provided by the embodiment of the invention, a plurality of pieces of train detection information are processed and analyzed, and whether to give an alarm or not is determined according to the analysis result, thereby realizing the systematic management of the train detection information and improving the comprehensiveness, accuracy and high efficiency of the rail train anomaly detection.
