The invention relates to the technical field of flying platforms, and discloses a multifunctional flying platform based on an unmanned aerial vehicle. The multifunction flying platform comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle scheduling and commanding system for scheduling and commanding the unmanned aerial vehicle, an unmanned aerial vehicle application monitoring system for monitoring the flying condition of the unmanned aerial vehicle, a communication and communication relay system for performing wireless communication cooperation with the unmanned aerial vehicle, and a power source keeping system for supplying a power source to the unmanned aerial vehicle. According to the embodiment of the invention, the functions of power keeping, communication relay, remote commanding, flight monitoring, equipment storage, repair, maintenance, take-off, landing and the like of the unmanned aerial vehicle are integrated on a movable platform, so that effective monitoring and logistical support are provided for the unmanned aerial vehicle, the service time of the unmanned aerial vehicle is prolonged, the use efficiency of the unmanned aerial vehicle is increased, and different application scene requirements are met.
