The invention provides a wagon brake adjuster overhaul production line. The production line is composed of a first cleaning station, a main conveying line, a detection station, a secondary cleaning station, and an assembling station. The first cleaning station comprises three branches. The detection station is arranged at two sides of the main conveying line, and the detection station is composed of a first transition line, a first lifting mechanism and a second transition line. The secondary cleaning station is composed of an ultrasonic cleaner, a third transition line, a push cylinder, a fourth transition line and a third lifting mechanism. The assembling station is composed of a fifth transition line, a fourth lifting mechanism and a sixth transition line. The wagon brake adjuster overhaul production line reasonably configures the overhaul stations, an automatic cleaner and an automatic material conveying line are adopted, workers' labor intensity can be reduced to the minimum the overhaul efficiency can be raised, and the overhaul quality can be ensured.
