The invention provides an angle-self-adaptive ladder, and relates to the field of airplane structural design. Pedals are parallel through boundary beam pedal pin shafts, perpendicular to two boundary beams and fixed between the two boundary beams (1). Connection rods are connected to the pedals through eccentric rocker joints. One end of a hanging point connection rod is fixed to an airplane hanging frame support, and the other end of the hanging point connection rod is axially connected with the connection rods. The ladder with the adjustable pedals is simple and reasonable in structure; by means of the combined function of the hanging point connection rod and the connection rods, the angle between each pedal and the boundary beams is adjusted, so that the angle between each pedal and the boundary beams changes while the lifting angle of the ladder changes, the pedals are always at the angles enabling people to climb up and down the ladder conveniently, and the ladder is high in stability, safe and reliable.
