The invention discloses a lifting wheel, which comprises an outer wheel, wherein outer wheel clamping teeth are arranged on the inner peripheral wall of the outer wheel; an inner wheel is arranged inside the outer wheel; a plurality of elastic claws which are matched with the outer wheel clamping teeth are arranged on the inner wheel; a connecting part which is connected with a driving part is arranged on the inner wheel; and the driving part is used for driving the inner wheel. In such an arrangement, the lifting wheel can ensure that after a lifted object is in place, the damage or the failure of the lifting wheel, caused by the fact that the driving part is not stopped cannot occur. In addition, the invention also discloses a lifting device using the lifting wheels and a ceiling type air conditioner using the lifting device. In such an arrangement, even if lengths of different cables are slightly different, all parts of the lifted object can be also stably lifted to the same height, and the lifting wheels cannot be damaged.
