The invention discloses a transmission, a power transmission system and a vehicle. The transmission comprises a plurality of input shafts, a plurality of output shafts, output shaft output gears, a motor gear and a motor power shaft. The output shaft output gears are arranged on all the output shafts, and the motor gear is arranged on one of the output shaft. The motor power shaft is provided with a first motor power shaft gear and a second motor power shaft gear in an empty sleeving mode. The first motor power shaft gear is arranged to be in linkage with a gear position driving gear, and the second motor power shaft gear is arranged to be in linkage with the motor gear. The motor power shaft is further provided with a motor power shaft synchronizer which is placed between the first motor power shaft gear and the second motor power shaft gear. The transmission has the advantages of enriching transmission modes, and being capable of achieving the various working conditions of charging in the parking process, charging while a motor conducts driving and the like.
