The invention discloses a monorail vehicle and a condensate water drainage system of an air conditioning unit thereof. The condensate water drainage system comprises an outer drainage pipe for discharging the condensate water in the air conditioning unit, a drainage channel arranged at the top of a vehicle body and vehicle body eaves located at the two sides of the top of the vehicle body; the outer drainage pipe discharges water to the drainage channel, and the drainage channel discharges the water to vehicle roof grooves formed by the vehicle body eaves and the side walls at the top of the vehicle body to make the condensate water to be discharged along the end portion of the monorail vehicle. According to the monorail vehicle and the condensate water drainage system of the air conditioning unit thereof, the condensate water discharged from the air conditioning unit is finally collected to the vehicle roof grooves and then flows to the two ends of the vehicle body instead of flowing disorderly at the top of the vehicle body, in addition, the arrangement of the drainage channel not only serves as a condensate water flow guide structure between the outer drainage pipe and the vehicle roof grooves, but also provides buffering and collecting place for condensate water discharged from the outer drainage pipe, and splashing of the discharged water is avoided.
