The invention provides an express cabinet conveying tool which comprises a vehicle-mounted plate, at least four wheels and a pushing handle. The wheels are universal wheels which are located at the bottom of the vehicle-mounted plate. The vehicle-mounted plate is composed of an upper-layer plate, a lower-layer plate and side plates. The upper-layer plate and the lower-layer plate are parallel to each other. The side plates are connected with the upper-layer plate and the lower-layer plate. Each side plate is provided with a perpendicular rail. The two ends of the upper-layer plate are provided with pulleys. The upper-layer plate slides up and down on the rail wall through the pulleys. An interlayer is arranged between the upper-layer plate and the lower-layer plate. A buffer pad is arranged in the interlayer. Express cabinet vibration can be relieved when the road surface is uneven. The upper-layer plate is provided with an electromagnetic suction cup to prevent an express cabinet from moving on the conveying tool.
