The invention discloses an automobile sunroof and a waterproof structure thereof. The waterproof structure is used in a piece of sunroof glass. The waterproof structure comprises a liner enclosing the periphery of the sunroof glass, and a waterproof rubber strip enclosing the periphery of the liner. The waterproof rubber strip comprises a rubber strip body which is combined with the liner, and a cladding layer which is connected to the outer side of the rubber strip body. The rubber strip body is provided with a downward-protruding body which protrudes out of the lower edge of the cladding layer; water fluid drops downwards due to the guiding of the downward--protruding body when the water fluid flows downwards along the outer side of the cladding layer and passes the downward-protruding body. Therefore the automobile sunroof and the waterproof structure thereof have the function of guiding the water fluid to drop at a predetermined position.
