The invention discloses an automobile seat with leg-support sliding blocks. The automobile seat comprises a seat body, wherein an upper protective plate and a lower protective plate are arranged on each of armrest side plates on both sides of the seat body; each upper protective plate is provided with an upper pressing plate; each lower protective plate is provided with a lower pressing plate; arc-shaped sliding grooves are formed in adjacent edges of the upper pressing plate and the lower pressing plate; a leg-support sliding block is arranged in the arch-shaped sliding grooves; the leg-support sliding block is connected with a circular tube of a seat leg support through an end circular groove, so that the leg-support sliding block and the seat leg support can synchronously slide up and down. According to the invention, the defect that gaps exist because of the moving space of a leg-support system is effectively overcome, the appearance effect of the seat is guaranteed, the movement performance of the leg-support system is not influenced, the structure is simple, and the practicability is high.
