The invention provides a sun-shading and anti-dazzle device. The sun-shading and anti-dazzle device comprises an optical sensor, a sun-shading lens, an anti-dazzle lens and a driving module, wherein the optical sensor is arranged on glass of a front window of an automobile and senses the intensity of outside light; the sun-shading lens is arranged in the automobile body in a pivoted mode and is rotated to be in front of the sight line of a driver when used; the anti-dazzle lens is arranged in the automobile body in a pivoted mode and is rotated to be in front of the sight line of the driver when used; the driving module is connected with the optical sensor, the sun-shading lens and the anti-dazzle lens and adjusts the sun-shading lens or the anti-dazzle lens according to the intensity of the outside light. According to the sun-shading and anti-dazzle device, the intensity of the outside light can be sensed by the optical sensor, the positions of the lenses are automatically adjusted according to the intensity of the outside light, and therefore the sun-shading and anti-dazzle effects are achieved; manual operation is not needed, and use is convenient.
