The invention discloses a train wireless electric pneumatic breaking control system and a control method thereof. The train wireless electric pneumatic breaking control system is composed of a plurality of wireless electric pneumatic breaking control devices which are respectively installed into different vehicles of a train, and the plurality of wireless electric pneumatic breaking control devices in the same train build an independent wireless ad hoc network; each wireless electric pneumatic breaking control device is a wireless network node, the wireless electric pneumatic breaking control devices are in electric connection with vehicular power generators, and the gas circuits of the wireless electric pneumatic breaking control devices are communicated with air brake pipes of the vehicles. According to the train wireless electric pneumatic breaking control system and the control method thereof, the wireless electric pneumatic breaking control device closest to the front end of the train automatically fetches train braking control information from barometric changes of a vehicle brake pipe, and transfers air brake control information into radio signals, the radio signals are transmitted to other wireless electric pneumatic breaking control devices installed in the train through the wireless ad hoc network, and rapid air-filling and air-exhausting are conducted on the vehicle brake pipes, so that the speed of transmitting braking control information is improved, and the consistency of brake mitigation actions of the vehicles is improved.
