The present disclosure relates generally to irrigation sprinklers, and more particularly to a tool for use with a riser of an irrigation sprinkler. In one aspect, there is provided a tool comprising a riser raising portion for engaging a retracted riser so that it can be raised using the tool, and a riser clamp portion for clamping the tool to the raised riser so as to prevent the riser from retracting.
