Donnie S. is all steel, arc welded vessel, measuring 57 ft in length by 14 ft 8 in. beam with draft of 6 ft; propulsion engine is direct reversible Washington Diesel, Marine Model 5-R 125, of 5 cyl, developing 150 hp at 400 rpm; all steel streamlined Davie is 59 ft long oa, beam 15 ft 5 in. draft at stern 5 ft 6 in.; powered by Atlas Imperial Diesel direct reversing, of 160 hp at 325 rpm.
