Producibility barrier defined as lack of definite means of making certain aircraft parts; examples mentioned are problems experienced in fabrication of sandwich panels for XB-58, overall machining problems on F-102 and F-106 and welding fabrication problems on intercontinental ballistic missile; problem of ever increasing close machine tolerances; new processes.
