In 1936, fourpassenger cars were built in Kokura Works, of which side walls of two cars built last were of all welded construction; concludes that all welded construction will be better than rivet construction in point of building, cost, appearance and maintenance in future; design and building of these cars; improvements in 10 cars now under construction.
