For successful manipulation supersonic transport will require Captain, First Officer, and Flight Engineer integrated into team; concept of crew integration philosophy requires good voice communication, cross-checking of duties including ability of each crew member to get attention of another by touch, if required, during emergency involving high noise level, and to complete required cockpit check list; interior and exterior visibility requirements; control wheel design; examples of proposed control sticks (Lockheed and Boeing); instrumentation-communication/ navigation control.
