Described in detail the relevance of the development of automated control of air composition in the presence of poisonous, toxic and highly toxic substances. Introduce in principle of ion mobility spectrometry. The values of the reduced ion mobility groups of substances are shown. Recorded errors in the calculation of the reduced ion mobility. The simulation of some constructions of drift regions of sensor ion mobility spectrometer is carried out.
