This article analyzes the establishment method of mathematical model of vehicle body with the obstacle frontage collision, simulated the vehicle body distortion result when the vehicle frontage crash with the rigid wall by 48 km/h speed, takes the point on the front bumper with the left front carline junction, the point on the front the bumper middle, the point in the cab of the display board approaches to the steering column, the point in the cab of the driver's cab floor board approaches the crossbeam place, and the point in the cab of threshold approaches on the middle column to analysis; and studies the change with the time for its simulation crash the displacement, the acceleration. The results show that the in front of car there are obvious warpage. The body front produces fold, playing a role in the energy absorption. In the impact force there is a time delay from the front spread to the rear, and the value is also significant attenuation. The stress of the cockpit and the rear of the car are reduced, and there is no obvious deformation occurred. There is a role in the protection to the crew. The result conforms to the auto safety laws requirement.
