The study of China high-speed railway project between Beijing and Shanghai started at the beginning of 1990s, and its project is investigated from various points of views by Chinese government. The construction of its project was stated in the tenth five years plan and the time of the construction start is limited. It is said that the final decision which is better, a steel-wheel or linear system, shall be done at the beginning of 2003 by the examination test run effect of the 35 km model line of German Trans-rapid to be a super high-speed normal conducting magnetic linear between the city center in Shanghai and Pudong new international airport. As I am concerned in this project for years, I have studied about the possibility of a super high-speed linear between Beijing and Shanghai, and a high-speed transportation system and network suitable for China.
