Along with the form of Olympic economy in the whole world, Olympic logistics has taken shape gradually. Olympic logistics is a process transferring materials and equipment from supplying places to destinations. Olympic supply chains can be analyzed from different aspects, but in this paper we just choose time and space dimension to found a two-dimensional logistic management system, and establishes performance evaluation to analyze this system's feasibility, thus form a complete feasible Olympic logistic management system, and every index will help Olympic logistic system more perfect.
