According to the design requirement of electric vehicle, advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of drive motor, battery and drive system for electric vehicle are analyzed, the appropriate drive motor, battery and drive system are selected; parameters of power system for electric vehicle are designed using method of theory analysis, and modeling and simulation are carried out using AVL-CRUISE software, simulation results show that the design is reasonable.
