Reduction of hydrodynamic resistance of ships provides for less fuel consumption of the main engines, keeping all other conditions being equal. Frictional resistance predominates in the balance of forces of hydrodynamic resistance around floating craft. Therefore it is no wonder, that efforts of many researchers were devoted to develop a reduction of this particularcomponent. One way sees to be an airlayer between the bottom of a vessel and the surface of water
