LeiDis-N - Netzdisposition in der Netzleitzentrale der DB AG in Frankfurt

Die Deutsche Bahn betreibt seit mehr als fünf Jahren die Netzleitzentrale (NLZ) in Frankfurt als übergeordnete Dispositionszentrale für die Überwachung des Schienenverkehrs. Dabei wird seit Beginn das System LeiDis-N (Leitsystem Disposition Netz) der Alcatel SEL AG eingesetzt, das Ende 2002 auf eine neue Version umgestellt wurde. Im Folgenden werden nach einer kurzen Beschreibung der Aufgaben der Netzleitzentrale und einem Rückblick auf die Entstehungsgeschichte die Systemstruktur von LeiDis-N, die System-Schnittstellen und die Anwendungsmodule - speziell unter dem Aspekt Netzdisposition - vorgestellt. Zum Abschluss folgt ein Ausblick auf die Weiterentwicklung bei der DB AG und im Ausland in den nächsten Jahren.

Forfive years German Railway Deutsche Bahn (DB AG) has been operating the Network Management Centre (NMC) in Frankfurt as a superior dispatching centre for supervising the railway traffic. From the very beginning this centre has been working with the System LeiDis-N (management System for the railway network) of Alcatel. At the end of year 2002 the System was transferred to a very new Version. This article will give a short overview of the tasks of the NMC and a look back to the genesis of the system structure of LeiDis-N, the system interfaces and the application modules, especially under the aspect of network dispatching. At the end follows an outlook of the further development at DB Netz and foreign railways in the next years.
