Reliability Estimation of Explosive Transfer Assembly (ETA) is usually very complicated because of the complexity of ETA circuit. Therefore, in order to estimate circuit reliability 'Transfer Matrix Method' was applied. We can also carry out the sensitivity analysis easily. Reliability of ETA circuits of H-I vehicle, the state-of-the-art satellite launching vehicle in Japan, was calculated and confirmed to meet the allocated reliability by this method. Moreover, further accurate estimation has been carried out considering manifold's nonuniform detonation.
