The paper is the second of a series describing the surface lofting program CONSURF and outlines the algorithms within the program which transform the geometrical input into the mathematical variables of the conic lofting tile. This paper is not self-contained and the reader may need to refer to Part One for definitions and the introduction of notation. In Part One we introduced the conic lofting tile and described how the tiles are fitted together to form conic lofting surfaces. We recall that the surfaces are made up of strings which blend corresponding segments of the definition sections.
