The Haoji Railway is the longest heavy-haul railway in the world that has just been completed and opened, and is a new strategic channel for the country’s “North-South Transportation of Coal”. In order to meet the short-term and long-term freight demand and safety requirements, the design of the short-term and long-term train operation plan must be serious and rigorous. At the same time, it should be scientific and objective to evaluate whether the train operation plan is reasonable. According to the compilation technology and the specific situation of Haoji Railway, the Anylogic simulation software is used to establish a simulation platform for Haoji Railway train operation plan. The simulation model parameters are calibrated with actual data to verify the feasibility of the model, and the simulation results are obtained. Then, establish a simulation evaluation index system for the Haoji railway train operation plan based on the simulation results while using a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to conduct a comprehensive evaluation and analysis with the index system as a reference attribute. Through the calculation of each index value, judge the level of Haoji railway train operation plan. Put forward some ideas for the optimization of train operation plan in the future.
