Underground logistics system (ULS) is of great interest of traffic researchers. Although ULS has obvious advantages, it also faces the problems in the aspects of limited urban land use resources and high construction cost. It is difficult to build a brand-new ULS independently. To accelerate the implementation process of ULS, we propose the novel construction forms with which ULS is able to integrate with urban infrastructures, and take advantage of their underutilized capacity to deliver items. Three kinds of urban infrastructures, including utility tunnel, urban rail transit, and urban underground road, are studied in this paper. The planning principles are presented in terms of node planning, corridor planning, and network form. From the characteristic comparison of the three construction forms, we get the main advantages of each form. The integration of ULS and utility tunnel has the major advantage in operation organization as its logistics activities can be separated from passenger traffic. By means of using existing urban rail transit network, the integration of ULS and urban rail transit is suitable to form a wide range of network coverage. The integration of ULS and urban underground road has the dominance of the node location planning of distribution centers, because of the close link between urban underground road and underground garage. The advantages of each construction form are different, which can provide the guidance to choose the most applicable construction form of ULS for a certain city.
