Strengthening the construction of work style is an important measure based on the development law of civil aviation industry, which plays a key role in ensuring aviation safety. In order to study the current level of work style construction and its shortcomings, this paper adopts the text analysis method, synthesizes text data and expert opinions, constructs an index system including 5 first level indicators and 19 s level indicators, and uses it to evaluate the current level of work style construction. The results show that, based on the perception of the subjects, the overall level of civil aviation work style construction is good, the implementation of publicity and education is the best, the implementation of post responsibility is the second, and the perception of subject responsibility is the lowest. It is suggested that we should enrich the training forms, strengthen the work implementation, refine the responsibility, establish all-round communication and cooperation mechanism, and consummate the reward and punishment mechanism.
