Technical risks are the impact of an uncertainty on model-specific mission objectives, feature objective, harmful, uncertain, evaluative, variable, and controllable. By standardizing the management work of technical risks in spacecraft models, the level of technical risk analysis and control can be improved, and the ability of technical risk management can be enhanced. As an important subsystem of spacecraft platform, the power subsystem’s technical risk analysis and control are especially crucial.
