This article uses the contact theory to conduct a dynamic analysis of the cylindrical roller bearing firstly, describes the contact relationship between the roller and the inner and outer rings, and derives the calculation model of the fatigue life, then conducts finite element dynamic simulation based on ANSYS to establish the rigidity model of the bearing. Analyze the distribution of stress and deformation of the inner ring, outer ring and roller of the four kinds of rollers, and use nCode to calculate the damage and fatigue life of the bearing. The results show that a reasonable roller fillet can fully alleviate the end effect of the roller, disperse the load of the bearing, and increase the service life of the bearing.
