In practical application, the input shaft speed signal may be abnormal due to interference or sensor and transmission line failure. At present, most controllers filter the abnormal characteristics of signals through software and hardware filtering, and do not distinguish the abnormalities caused by interference and fault; If a real-time abnormal speed signal enables fault response, it will lead to overreaction. In this paper, the normal signal range of speed is obtained by analyzing the physical model of speed under stable working conditions and sigma principle. The cumulative damage intensity is obtained based on the number of times that the real-time speed exceeds the normal range, and whether the abnormal signal develops into fault is judged according to whether the cumulative damage intensity exceeds the preset threshold; Combined with the above methods, the management process of speed signal is designed, and the management method is verified by taking the real speed signal data as an example. The method proposed in this paper can effectively distinguish and deal with abnormal signals caused by interference and system fault, and improve the management effect of speed signal.
