The eVTOL Passenger Experience study was conducted to give an overview of Urban Air Mobility (UAM) Passenger Considerations and Design Consideration. The objectives were to survey the existing body of knowledge regarding aviation passenger experience, understand current issues pertaining to eVTOL passenger operations, correlate passenger issues to dosing and operational parameters, identify mitigations and gaps in understanding, and to develop recommendations for NASA research.
