Construction is proposed of a 2-lane highway on 4-lane limited access right of way, in order to provide a safe, modern highway, thereby reducing the number of accidents on a very bad section of S.R. 39 between the village of Sugarcreek and city of Dover, Ohio. Some tillable land will be taken out of production.
