A review of proposed equipments for the system indicates a requirement for highly skilled and experienced operator/maintenance personnel. In particular, the DSRV operator/maintenance crew will require highly skilled submarine qualified personnel. The report includes a description of system design and support requirements and contains estimates of personnel and training requirements for manning the system. (Author)
