This talk reviews the importance of integrity to engineering and NASA. The willingness to learn from failures and to speak out are important features of integrity. The failures of integrity have sometimes led to the disasters in the space program, (e.g. Challenger and Columbia). Following the talk are pictures and artistic illustrations of some of NASA's past and future.
