The purpose of the report is to present some human factor considerations as they effect design criteria for manned life support facilities on the lunar surface. These considerations can be applicable to earth-lunar in-flight vehicles, lunar surface locomotive and exploratory vehicles, as well as lunar surface installations. The report comprises the following areas: Maintainability of lunar surface life support facilities; and Habitability of lunar surface life support installations. (Author)
