In Federal Aviation Administration and the Netherlands Department of Civil Aviation (FAA/RLD) collaboration, residual strength tests were carried out on stiffened panels with multiple-site damage (MSD). The main purpose of this test program was to generate experimental data to verify tools to predict the residual strength of such panels. In this report these tests are described and the results are presented in such a way they they can be used to verify new and existing models.
