No adverse environmental effects are foreseen resulting from the construction and/or operation of the new Walter Reed General Hospital (WRGH), Washington, District of Columbia. The replacement of several pre-WW I buildings with a single large structure and the addition of new hospital parking facilities will have some impact upon the scenery and upon traffic circulation. It is believed that there will be no unavoidable adverse effects arising from this project, once construction is completed. Aesthetically and culturally, the project will be a vast improvement to the WRAMC installation.
