The Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV) equipment power led by the United States began to study the test and evaluation system and the construction of professional UAV test and evaluation conditions from the beginning of the 21st century, and formed a perfect standard system and test and evaluation system. China’s UAV technology and products have developed rapidly in recent years, but compared with Western military powers, China has started late in the construction of UAV test capabilities, and has not yet formed a systematic test and evaluation system. This paper starts from the analysis of the development status of UAV and UAV test and evaluation, combined with the actual situation of China, proposes the overall idea of UAV test and evaluation capacity construction, the main direction of UAV test and evaluation technology innovation, and the main content of UAV test and evaluation system construction, and strives to provide reference for China’s UAV test and evaluation capacity construction.
