This paper gives a brief description about power factor correction using single ended primary inductance converter. Output a. c. current is force fully made in phase with input AC voltage with the help of Pulse width Modulation technique and controller. Whole operation has taken place in DCM (discontinuous) Mode. Bridgeless SEPIC converter uses less number of switches and provides very less amount of power loss. Thdis very less. Hence ripple free output with improve quality of power can be obtained.
