The traditional error control coding of channel has no long satisfied the requirement of the deep space communication, because of the long delay, great error rate, probability of packet loss, links easily interrupted and so on. The Fountain codes, used in deep space communication, has been introduced and analyzed. The coding and decoding process of LT codes of Fountain codes has been introduced and the factors of influence the performance of LT codes have been analyzed. It is known that the Little Cycle is the main factor of determining the structure of generation matrix of LT codes. A new method, named Distilling Correlative Column (DCC), is proposed to eliminate 4-cycle in this paper. The performance of coding and decoding has been greatly improved and the complexity of decoding has been decreased after the operation of the operation of DCC,which is so easy and practical comparing with other algorithms.
