The method comprises: after a vehicle is powered on and woken up, receiving actual vehicle information sent by the vehicle; according to the actual vehicle information, determining whether the vehicle meets a preset abnormal wake-up condition; and if the preset abnormal wake-up condition is met, determining that the vehicle is in an abnormal wake-up state, generating an abnormal wake-up reminder signal, and sending the abnormal wake-up reminder signal to a preset terminal. In the present application, after it is detected that a vehicle is powered on, classification and determination are performed on a manual operation, normal wake-up and abnormal wake-up by relying on the cooperative monitoring of a vehicle end and a cloud end, and early-warning information is sent to maintenance personnel in a timely manner, such that the timeliness and accuracy of abnormal vehicle wake-up monitoring are effectively improved, and an early warning is given to the maintenance personnel, so as to minimize damage caused to a vehicle power source by means of the abnormal wake-up, thereby avoiding the occurrence of a voltage of a low-voltage power source of the vehicle being insufficient, and ensuring the service life of the power source.
