The present invention provides an epoxy foaming composition containing a carboxyl group for the manufacture of a ship structure, the composition comprising: a main material including a) a first epoxy resin, b) a second epoxy resin containing a liquid bisphenol-based epoxy resin or a modified epoxy resin modified with an aliphatic amine compound, and a mixture thereof, c) a silicon compound containing a silicon hydrogen compound, d) a reactive surfactant, and e) a filler; and a curing agent which is an amine-based and polyamide-based curing agent containing an ionomer, and contains 0.1 to 2 parts by weight of the ionomer with respect to 100 parts by weight of the total curing agent, wherein the content of the carboxyl group in the composition of the main material is 15% to 30%. The epoxy foaming composition containing a carboxyl group for the manufacture of a ship structure of the present invention comprises a curing agent, a silicon compound, and a filler of a specific composition in an epoxy resin, such that the composition has excellent weather resistance while satisfying enhanced mechanical properties. In addition, the composition has a uniform close-cell structure and can be cured at room temperature (24°C) such that there is no need for additional curing equipment.

    La présente invention concerne une composition moussante époxy contenant un groupe carboxyle pour la fabrication d'une structure de navire, la composition comprenant : un matériau principal comprenant a) une première résine époxy, b) une seconde résine époxy contenant une résine époxy à base de bisphénol liquide ou une résine époxy modifiée avec un composé amine aliphatique, et un mélange de celles-ci, c) un composé de silicium contenant un composé d'hydrogène de silicium, d) un tensioactif réactif, et e) une charge ; et un agent de durcissement qui est un agent de durcissement à base d'amine et à base de polyamide contenant un ionomère, et contenant 0,1 à 2 parties en poids de l'ionomère par rapport à 100 parties en poids de l'agent de durcissement total, la teneur du groupe carboxyle dans la composition du matériau principal étant de 15 % à 30 %.     본 발명은 a) 제 1 에폭시 수지, b) 액상형 비스페놀계 에폭시 수지 또는 지방족 아민 화합물로 개질된 변성 에폭시 수지, 및 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 제 2 에폭시 수지, c) 실리콘 수소화합물이 포함된 실리콘 화합물, d) 반응성 계면활성제, 및 e) 충전재를 포함하는 주재; 및 이오노머를 포함하는 아민계 및 폴리아미드계 경화제로, 상기 이오노머를 전체 경화제 100 중량부 대비 0.1 내지 2 중량부를 함유하는 경화제;를 포함하고, 상기 주재 성분 중 카르복실기의 함량이 15 내지 30%인 것을 특징으로 하는 선박구조체 제조를 위한 카르복실기가 포함된 에폭시 발포 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명의 선박구조체 제조를 위한 카르복실기가 포함된 에폭시 발포 조성물은 에폭시 수지에 특정 조성의 경화제, 실리콘 화합물 및 충전재를 포함함으로써 강화된 기계적 물성을 만족하면서도 내후성이 우수한 특성을 가진다. 또한, 균일한 close-cell 구조를 가지며, 상온 경화(24℃)가 가능하여 추가 경화 설비가 불필요하다는 장점이 있다.
